The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation plus commission and benefits.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote our products and services to potential customers.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company and its products.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in B2B sales preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction industry an asset.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Passion to make a difference in our community
• Ability to relate company products to clients' individual needs
• Reliable, trustworthy and kind in nature
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Exceptional networking skills
• Other languages is an asset

General Labours-GL00A1

South Vancouver Island, BC

We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Labourers. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our construction site. This is a part-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing the work area.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other temporary structures.
• Frame Assembly (no experience is needed)
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required.
• Operate various hand and power tools as directed.
• Materials delivery and pickup
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, trustworthy 
• Experience in construction is an asset.
